Head of Building Management

Head of Building Management - £55,000 + Bonus and Benefits - London

My client is seeking experienced Head of Building Management to lead the delivery of all facilities and building services across a busy, high-profile events venue. Where you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the site and the successful delivery of events, while overseeing budgets, teams, and contractors.

Requirements:

• A recognised technical qualification in engineering, electrical, or other building services discipline
• Proven experience managing hard and soft services within a large venue or complex site
• Strong budget management skills, including forecasting, reporting, and cost control
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a hands-on, problem-solving approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and delivery of all facilities operations, including maintenance, utilities, cleaning, and security
• Oversee contract management and ensure compliance with health & safety standards and regulations
• Work with senior management to develop and manage the annual maintenance budget
• Support capital projects and deliver operational improvements that enhance service and efficiency
