Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching Business Studies at KS4 and KS5.
Previous leadership experience or the ambition and capability to step into a middle leadership role.
Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
A passion for raising attainment and inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
Commitment to delivering an engaging and ambitious curriculum.Key responsibilities
Lead and manage the Business Studies department across KS4 and KS5.
Develop and implement an innovative and engaging curriculum.
Monitor student progress and drive improvements in attainment and achievement.
Support, mentor, and develop colleagues within the department.
Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.
