Your responsibilities as Head of Business Operations

Lead and continually improve operational performance across the organisation, ensuring efficient, consistent and high quality service delivery.
Develop and implement policies, operational frameworks and business processes that support sustainable growth.
Oversee facilities, suppliers, administrative support and corporate services to maintain an effective working environment.
Manage key people functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, workforce planning and HR compliance.
Support organisational development through effective governance, reporting structures, succession planning and strategic initiatives.
Coordinate internal and external communications, marketing activity and cross functional projects while supporting senior leadership on operational risk and business continuity.
What we're looking for in a Head of Business Operations

Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications or a related discipline.
Proven background leading operational or corporate services functions within a professional or regulated environment.
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence across all levels of an organisation.
Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
Experience overseeing governance, operational improvement and multi disciplinary business functions.
