Job Description - Head of Capital

We have partnered with a leading Lloyd's syndicate to find them a Head of Capital. This is the ideal role for a capital actuary/manager looking to take the next step in their career within a thriving actuarial team. This role is not limited to but includes :

Leading the capital modelling team, taking control of LCR's and SCR's
Building new internal model from scratch
Mentoring direct reports throughout all capital processes, allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members
A vibrant and exciting culture with the opportunity to take ownership of the role
