Head of Change Management, Change Practice, Change Delivery, Prosci, Team Leadership, Technology Programmes, Stakeholder engagement -
Experienced Change Management professional required to manage and lead a small team of change managers and engage successfully with a wide range of stakeholders and users to champion change management best practice across the organisation. The role will involve developing and implementing change strategy that meets the requirement of a diverse range of users while owing the change management methodology and leading the team.
The successful candidate will be an experienced, change professional with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, who has managed change teams and run change networks within complex environments. Prosci certification is essential for the role as is a proven track record in managing the change elements of large technology programmes.
This exciting opportunity is offered on an 18-month fixed term contract basis with flexible, hybrid working, a salary of up to £75,000 per annum, plus up to 20% bonus and excellent benefits including a generous pension and private medical insurance.
