Job Description - Head of Channel Sales

The Head of Channel Sales is responsible for leading the development and execution of the third-party channel strategy to drive sustainable and profitable growth across the SME, mid-market, and Portfolio customer segments. 

In this role you will be accountable for building and managing a high-performance channel sales team, fostering strategic partner relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets aligned with the company’s commercial goals. With a strong focus on performance, this position requires effective leadership in complex and fast-paced environments, ensuring operational efficiency, team excellence, and successful market penetration through indirect sales channels.


What skills/experience do I need to be successful?


  • Experience managing channel ecosystems, ideally within fastmoving B2B environments;

  • Proven success in scaling partner sales across multiple customer
    segments;

  • History of building and leading high-performing, distributed sales
    teams;

  • Strong record of delivering or exceeding revenue targets through
    indirect channels;

  • Understanding of fixed and flexible power supply products, renewable
    energy markets, and risk management of wholesale and non-commodity prices.
