• Own the end-to-end client insight strategy to power smarter business development and marketing

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of analysts to deliver impactful insights that fuel growth

You're a strategic, commercially minded data expert who thrives on turning numbers into narratives and insights into action. You're confident presenting to senior leaders and have a proven track record in professional services or a similar fast-paced environment.

• Expert in Power BI, SQL, Python and experienced with CRM and marketing platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Marketo)
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics - SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing
• Skilled at summarising complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
• A natural leader with excellent communication skills, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
