Head of Client Servicing

Due to growth, an excellent job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to head up client servicing within a dynamic, forward-thinking financial advisory company. The firm has enjoyed steady growth year-on-year and has a culture of promoting from within.
Your new role
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the client support team, managing workloads to maximise efficiency to deliver high standards of client service and drive best practice to ensure clients' needs are met. You will also have team management responsibilities, supporting your team to develop their skills, and identifying training needs.

What you'll need to succeed
The role will suit someone with good experience of working in financial services as an Operations Manager or Team Leader, someone who thrives on new challenges and has the ability to step back, critique the existing way of working, implement improvements and "think outside the box". You will also have a proven track record of leading a team or initiatives with a demonstrable positive impact. In addition to managing workloads and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, you will also be someone who derives satisfaction from helping to support and develop the skills and experience of others.
