Location: Peterborough (2-3 days office presence per week)
Salary: Circa £100k + Car/Travel Allowance & Package

I'm working with a leading main contractor that's at a pivotal point in its journey and they're looking for a Head of Commercial who's ready to step into a challenging but highly rewarding leadership role working on a capital delivery framework in Cambridgeshire.

The Head of Commercial will be walking straight into a department in the middle of change, steering major projects, and setting the commercial direction for the business. You'll need thick skin, resilience under pressure, and the leadership skills to inspire your team through a demanding but exciting period of growth.

You'll have three direct reports from day one with the wider team expected to double in size over the next 12 months. Your remit will be to provide strategic commercial oversight while driving operational excellence across all areas.
