Recruitment Manager– Commercial/Business Support  

£45,000 plus commission

Commission starts at 25% to 35%

End of year bonus 2% of billings

OTE year 1 - £58,000 - £65,000

OTE year 2 - £73,000 - £78,000

Quarterly bonus of up to £6k per annum

Our client is seeking a Head of Commercial recruitment to join
their growing professional services agency.

The business has strong revenue streams and client
relationships in the further education and training sectors, and they now wish
the expand their offering with a new commercial services division.

There is plenty of scope to develop the current in -house clientele
and abundant opportunity for your existing relationships and new business, with
a focus on the entire South Coast region.
