The Opportunity

PHSO is on an exciting transformation journey-modernising how it operates, strengthening its internal capabilities, and enhancing the way it delivers outcomes for citizens.

As Head of Commercial, you will play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering this agenda. You will lead the evolution of commercial and procurement practices, ensuring they are aligned with organisational priorities, deliver value for money, and support innovation across the organisation.This role offers the chance to influence strategy at the highest level, embed best practice, and champion a progressive, values-driven commercial function within a truly purpose-led environment.

The Successful Applicant
