Head of Commercial & Procurement

Piper Maddox are supporting a leading renewable energy and energy efficiency business focused on the development, construction, operation and optimisation of large-scale solar and battery storage assets. The company supports the transition to a low-carbon future through renewable infrastructure, energy storage solutions, asset management and energy efficiency programmes, with a growing presence across the UK and Northern Europe. It is recognised as a market leader in utility-scale solar and battery storage, managing a substantial portfolio of clean energy asset

The business is seeking an experienced procurement and commercial leader to play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of its expanding renewable energy portfolio within budget. This individual will work closely with multiple departments, providing technical and commercial leadership and driving collaboration across the organisation.

Key requirements:

- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing procurement or commercial teams.
- Background within a renewable energy IPP or a global EPC organisation with experience across HV infrastructure projects.
- A motivated, enthusiastic, and confident communicator, able to engage effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
