Head of Commercial Debt Recovery

Henderson Scott are working with an East Sussex based professional services firm who are looking to recruit a Head of Commercial Debt Recoveries. As Head of Commercial Debt Recoveries you will need to have experience of working a portfolio of commercial debt along with leadership experience and enjoy working with both new and existing clients.

Through leading the commercial debt recovery team the Head of Commercial Debt Recoveries will have responsibility for reviewing internal and external opportunities, identifying alternative solutions, managing client relationships and developing a team.

Successful applicants will have a debt recovery/credit control background within a professional services environment, be an experienced leader who has developed high performing teams and used a debt recovery case management system. Institute of Credit Management (CICM) qualification desirable.
