Job Purpose
The purpose of this newly created role is to lead and drive the commercial excellence transformation strategy of Fresenius Kabi’s UK and Ireland businesses, in line with the group’s strategic objectives. We're looking for someone exceptional, who will lead and manage strategic projects delivering distinctive value across diverse business areas and focus on driving commercial practice improvements, efficiency, and profitability.

Using analysis ,diagnostic techniques, and a commercial dashboard, you will compare performance against market sector and competition to identify and prioritise commercial priorities and opportunities. Working with other business leaders you will determine and execute best business practices, identify areas of underperformance, and implement improvement plans.

Main Accountabilities
Use analysis and diagnostic techniques, including a commercial dashboard, to compare current performance against market sector and competition to continually identify and prioritise commercial priorities and propose adequate solutions, tools, and methodologies.
Project Management - Lead and implement commercial excellence projects ensuring transparency, rigorous execution, and clear responsibilities.
Deploy new modules aligned with global commercial excellence strategy.
Liaise between technical teams, Market Intelligence, and commercial teams.
Support the Executive Leadership Team to focus on key strategic initiatives and critical milestones.
Collaborate with Global Commercial Excellence teams to ensure initiatives and strategy align with group objectives.
Work with the Business Unit and Sales Directors to implement best practices and optimise Sales Force effectiveness processes.
Act as a Business Partner to the Sales & Marketing teams across four business units
Follow up, consolidate, and analyse market data.
Lead the continuous improvement of CRM utilisation and expertise.
Create and implement a relevant dashboard in accordance with the agreed business strategy.
Analyse and understand all business trends & deviations.

Experience & Qualifications
Relevant bachelor’s degree, master’s level would be an advantage.
Successful track record in managing complex processes and projects in a matrixed

global/intercultural

team.
Proven experience in a senior commercial excellence, sales leadership, or sales transformation role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in digital tools, especially CRM (Veeva or Sales Force), ERP, Business Intelligence and reporting tools.
Excel skills
