Head of Commercial Finance - F&B Hospitality

Job DescriptionAn incredibly exciting PE backed Multi Site Hospitality business that were founded within the last 6 years and have experienced incredible growth, are currently looking for a Head of Commercial Finance & FP&A, to sit on the UK Exec team and play a critical role in growing the UK operation which is currently around 30 stores. This is a role where you will have a blank piece of paper to establish all things Commercial Finance and FP&A, and drive this through the organisation in order to hit corporate goals.The successful Head of Commercial Finance & FP&A:Lead the Commercial Finance/FP&A team and implementing ‘best in class’ processes that will withstand the tests of time i.e. high growth periodsPartner with departments heads to understand the key issues and business driversPartner and educate the physical store teams on the importance of completeness and accuracy, budgets VS forecasts etc Help and support the Global exec team to execute on acquisitions and divestments Guide the ship and take control of both the in-year and 3-year strategy plan Oversee the core elements of Finance as the no1 within Finance, such as Month End closeBe the escalation point of contact for external auditors when it comes to the annual audit process‘Nice to have’ background for the successful Head of Commercial Finance & FP&A:CIMA/ACA/ACCA Qualified with a number of years PQEStrong Leadership experience with managing and driving a high-performance teamQuick Service Retail experience / Multi site Hospitality OR Retail is idealVery strong attention to detail Overall, if you want to join an incredibly exciting, financially backed Hospitality business that has some very aggressive growth plans globally, then please do reach out.
