The Role

• Lead and develop the Computer Science department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.


• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across KS3 to KS5, preparing students for further study and careers in technology.


• Develop and refine the curriculum to keep pace with advancements in Computer Science and digital literacy.


• Mentor and support colleagues, promoting best practices and professional development.


• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to drive attainment and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with PGCE/QTS.


• Experience teaching Computer Science at KS3 – KS5, with a track record of success.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire both students and staff.
