What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute a content strategy that enhances brand positioning, advocacy, and recruitment.
• Manage our design team to ensure all content aligns with our brand identity and delivers against key objectives.
• Lead the strategic planning and execution of high-impact campaigns across written, video, and visual content formats.
• Overhaul our SEO strategy to drive organic growth, discoverability, and engagement.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline content production and enhance efficiency.

• Significant experience in SEO-driven content marketing and brand storytelling.
• Strong background in multi-format content production (written, visual, video).
• Experience managing and growing content and creative teams.
• Expertise in using AI-powered content tools to improve efficiency and scale production.
