A rare opportunity to lead the Control Room function at a global capital markets institution. This is your chance to shape the firm’s conflict management framework and act as a senior compliance advisor across investment banking, capital markets, and corporate advisory services.
As Head of the London Control Room, you’ll oversee conflict clearance, research review, and PA dealing, while driving global compliance initiatives and system improvements. This is a highly strategic, front-facing role with broad stakeholder impact and global coordination

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in Control Room Compliance in a senior position within global banking.
  • In-depth understanding of investment banking, research regulations (e.g. FINRA, SEC, MiFID II), and conflict clearance
  • Strong leadership experience managing frameworks, policies, and cross-border compliance projects
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making abilities
  • A proactive, high-integrity approach to compliance in a global context
