Head of Conveyancing - Lawyer

A unique opportunity has arose with a fantastic legal 500 firm we are partnered with who are seeking a new Head of Conveyancing. Our client, a leading firm in the midlands, have acquired a new site in the heart of Shropshire where they are looking to further bolster their presence in the legal market.

They have a leading conveyancing team who operate nationally and they are seeking an experienced individual to lead their new office. You will be in charge of driving business development to create new clientele alongside taking on board some of the existing ones, growing a successful team through recruitment, training and development.

Requirements

• Qualified conveyancer, legal executive or solicitor
• 5 years or more experience
• Ability to handle your own caseload from inception to completion
• Determination and drive to build and lead a successful team
• Some managerial experience would be preferred
