Head of Conveyancing - New Office Opening

An opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to start a new department for the brand new office opening of a well-established firm. The right candidate will need connections or to be a strong business developer. Work will be referred from the firm's other office and departments, but they need to develop local relationships with estate agents and so on. The benefit, of course, is that you can look to gain equity in the firm or negotiate a very lucrative bonus for work that you bring in.

Candidate Criteria:

• Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive of 5+ PQE.
• Specialist in Residential Conveyancing.
• Excellent client care from building client relationships to maintaining a client base.
• Ability to handle a varied caseload and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Team development from training to supporting junior professionals.
• Enforcing processes and procedures in the department.
