Head of Corporate - Boutique Practice - Liverpool

A boutique legal 500 listed law firm with offices based across the North West are seeking a 10+ Year PQE Solicitor to join their team and help grow their Corporate department from Liverpool city centre.

There is an excellent and broad range of quality corporate work across a wide range of sectors to include corporate transactions, commercial contracts, management buy ins/outs, joint venture agreements, restructuring and partnerships. Clients vary from local SME's through to £multi-million blue chip international clients.

Work is of an excellent calibre and there is a ready made caseload for someone to come and deal with immediately. This practice have excellent business development model with a steady stream of work coming through the door. The expectation for this role would be to help the department grow and be the focal point of the team, after an initial bedding in period you will then be expected to develop work & the team, with support from the management & marketing team.

Immediate Partnership is on the table but there is a clear pathway and scope for equity within a few years. The firm are huge on culture, training and leaving a lasting impression, so there is a large emphasis placed on work/life balance and providing a truly amazing place of work for all staff.

Opportunity to tailor your benefits package plus a pension, bonus scheme and healthcare. Salary will be circa £90,000 - £110,000.
