This role is based in Glasgow and does come with flexibility.

Key responsibilities:
You will play a crucial role in leading the redesign of processes and the delivery of MI
Be responsible for building and maintaining accurate and accessible reporting for the business.
Work with a diverse range of clients and lead a team responsible for consolidating data sources and displaying them on MS Power BI.
Tasked with analysing customer and staff behaviour to improve the overall customer experience and drive business decision making.
Prioritise and manage the activities of the MI and Data team
Create powerful and simple-to-use dashboards, and work with the Technology team to implement a modern data infrastructure.

Required skills:
Power BI (Cloud Node), SSRS, SSIS, DAX
Experience with Python/R would be an advantage.
Experience with Data in the Cloud
Able to present effectively at board level
Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team,
A passion for designing creative and innovative solutions MI & reporting solutions
