This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing fin-tech looking for a talented individual to head up their data science function and someone who can work cross functionally across the business.

THE COMPANY

This business is a growing car finance lender, who have recently raised over £150 million and are backed by some of the world's leading investors.

THE ROLE

You can expect to be involved in the following day-to-day:

• Be hands on with model development, end-to-end from pulling and cleaning data, to presenting results.
• Work with AI across strategy and moving into next best action modelling.
• Automating existing manual processes.
• Working closely with data engineering to support with deploying of models.
• Collaborate closely with the Credit and Analytics team to design and enhance a cutting-edge, data-driven lending platform aimed at delivering seamless, efficient, and responsible credit solutions at scale.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong STEM degree.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role.
