HEAD OF DATA SCIENCE & ANALYTICS- LONDON

THE COMPANY

We are working with a media conglomerate on a key Head of hire - Media experience required.

THE ROLE

The successful Head of Data Science & Analytics responsibilities will include:

• Design, implement, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests across radio content, web/app features, and listener communications
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and aggregate data from large datasets
• Use Python to perform statistical analyses, automate workflows, and visualize complex trends
• Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and commercial teams to define success metrics and provide insights that guide strategic decisions
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings and track performance over time

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Head of Data Science & Analytics will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Solid experience with Python (e.g. Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, statsmodels, Matplotlib/Seaborn)
• Hands-on experience designing and evaluating A/B and multivariate tests
• Familiarity with statistical techniques such as hypothesis testing, regression, and confidence intervals
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders

THE BENEFITS

The successful Head of Data Science & Analytics will receive a salary of up to £120,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
