In the E-Government department, you are in charge of information technology and the IT equipment of the almost 50 municipal schools in Potsdam. You will be responsible for all matters relating to IT procurement, IT operations, IT service and IT security. You will play a decisive role in the further development of the IT strategy and have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the IT landscape of Potsdam's city administration.

Organizational, personnel and financial responsibility for your department
Continuous and forward-looking conceptualization, planning, implementation and further development of IT systems in a targeted process landscape
Planning, controlling and monitoring IT projects, including their operational implementation
Representing your department vis-à-vis the administrative management, other divisions and committees as well as externally
Completed relevant academic degree (Master's or university diploma), preferably in the fields of computer science, business informatics, information technology, administrative sciences (preferably with a focus on e-government), mathematics or comparable
