Job Description

The Head of Digital Experience is a senior divisional role responsible for supporting a global team in strategic planning and the delivery of key digital projects. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in digital transformation, project management, and strategic execution. The Head of Digital Experience will drive the digital agenda, ensuring the division remains at the forefront of technological advancements, and operational efficiency, delivering on long-term strategic and commercial goals.

Guided by the Divisional Marketing Director, along with the support of Group Marketing and external agencies, you will have the freedom to unleash your innovative thinking, strategic planning, and exceptional digital and communication skills.

Strategic Planning & Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the division's overall goals and objectives.
Lead and inspire a global team of digital professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritise key digital initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Project Management & Delivery:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects across multiple regions.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting quality and compliance standards.
Implement robust project management methodologies and tools to track progress, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder engagement.

Digital Transformation & Innovation:

Drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and improve data-driven decision-making.
Identify emerging technologies and trends, and assess their potential impact on the business.
Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration and adoption of new digital tools and approaches.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex digital projects on a global scale.
Strong knowledge of digital tools, technologies, and best practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Experience working in a global manufacturing organisation is highly desirable.
