With our Private Equity partners – Bridgepoint Development Capital – we are planning to significantly grow and develop our activities, and the Marketing team is an essential business partner to achieve these ambitious plans.

What will you do?
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will lead and develop Analysys Mason’s highly collaborative Digital Marketing team.

While working with your team to deliver the day-to-day, business-as-usual operations, your role will be to identify what digital marketing best practices are, and to design and implement a strategy to adopt them.

You will shape our digital channels by formulating, planning, implementing and optimising our digital marketing strategy across all platforms, including our website, social media, CRM, and digital publishing.

You will work closely with the wider marketing team and our research and consulting industry experts to drive Analysys Mason’s brand awareness and recognition, contributing significantly to Analysys Mason’s ambitious growth plans.

You will develop reporting mechanisms that help us understand performance across marketing KPIs, and you will make data-driven decisions on that basis to help us improve our metrics over time.

Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing, formulating, planning, implementing and optimising our digital strategy, to adopt digital marketing best practices.
Assessing and improving our digital channels, which include web, CRM, eMarketing, social media, podcasts and webinars.
Driving engagement across digital channels to enhance brand awareness among target audiences and generate marketing qualified leads (MQL’s).
Driving website traffic via search engine optimisation (SEO).
Increasing our target group engagement, for example by improving our user experience (UX) or generating MQL’s by converting site traffic through clicks-to-action (CTA’s).
Leading, and developing your team, empowering them to create engaging content across all digital channels.
Implementing and managing our CRM, improving the impact of our regular mailings, managing targeted list development, and ensuring GDPR compliance.
Developing reporting mechanisms that fuel data-driven decisions to continuously improve our marketing metrics, ROI and KPIs.

Is it for you?
If you are looking for a role where you will be able to use your existing experience to transform, design and implement a digital marketing strategy, this is the right role for you.

Although you don’t need to have a management consulting background, you need to be an experienced marketer and have led or played a key role in a digital strategy / transformation project before, in a B2B or professional services environment.
