Job DescriptionWorking for a leading telco business, the Head of Performance Marketing will lead the performance marketing strategy for the UK, managing a team across paid media, SEO, affiliates, direct mail and CRM.This is a 3-6 month contract roleCandidates must be available to start immediately or within 1-2 weeks maxThe Head of Performance Marketing will be responsible for:Leading the marketing strategy across paid media (paid search / PPC, paid social, display), SEO, affiliates, direct mail and CRMLeading and motivating a high performing team of marketersManaging agencies for appropriate channelsWorking cross functionally with other heads of departmentsManaging an 8-figure marketing budgetThe Head of Performance Marketing will have:Strong digital marketing experience across most, if not all channels mentionedExperience managing and motivating a high performing teamStrong preference for having come from telco / telecoms, utilities or another subscription based businessGreat analytical skills and data driven mindsetStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsCome from roles like Head of Digital Marketing, Head of Customer Acquisition, Online Marketing Director, etc.Head of Performance Marketing3-6 month contract£600-700 p/dLondon / Hybrid
