As our new Head of Digital Transformation, you’ll lead the evolution of the systems and digital tools that power our business. This isn’t your typical IT role—it’s about delivering meaningful change and enabling smarter ways of working across every department.
You’ll report to the Business Operations Director and lead our internal IT team, including ERP and AI specialists. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver our digital roadmap, ensuring our systems, data, and infrastructure support future growth. From optimising our ERP to implementing scalable tech like WMS and automation tools, you’ll be key to helping us scale effectively.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week.
Hybrid Working:
While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs.
