Job Description - Head of / Director of Sales, Private Aviation

Wheely is not a traditional ride-hailing company. We are building a platform with user privacy at its core while successfully scaling a five-star service to millions of rides across multiple cities.

As the Head of Private Aviation, you will launch our private aviation segment from scratch and act as its end-to-end leader. You will be tasked with cultivating relationships with key operators, FBOs and brokers across Wheely’s existing markets, and subsequently help drive our strategic expansion into the US.


Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, you will collaborate closely with the product team to develop and launch a chauffeured product tailored for the private aviation sector.


Responsibilities



  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure, with a typical cycles spanning 6-12 months.

  • Lead commercial negotiations on behalf of Wheely.

  • Collaboration with other internal teams to ensure implementation of the product strategy and make Wheely operate successfully in this sector.

  • Represent Wheely at the highest levels externally, including at industry events.


Requirements



  • A proven track record of selling jet card programmes or related services to the private aviation industry.

  • Established network among top-tier operators and FBOs.

  • Experience managing long, complex deal cycles (6-12 months).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • This is an office-based role located in Hammersmith. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.
