I am currently recruiting for a leading Insurer who are seeking a Head of Distribution to join their growing team.

This is a newly created senior leadership role to take control of sales and distribution for the group. You will be responsible for defining and executing distribution strategy across broker and intermediary channels, leading negotiations and ensuring fair-value remuneration structures and more.

My client is looking for someone with strong personal lines experience (Motor & Home), with proven leadership in distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defining and executing distribution strategy across broker and intermediary channels
• Leading commercial negotiations and ensuring fair-value remuneration structures
• Building strong relationships with distribution partners
• Overseeing performance reporting and driving profitable growth by channel
• Ensuring regulatory compliance across all sales and distribution activity
• Collaborating across functions including: underwriting, pricing, trading and claims to drive delivery

What We're Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in retail insurance distribution
• Deep knowledge of personal lines insurance (Motor & Home preferred)
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of governance, regulatory frameworks, and performance MI
• Excellent communicator and collaborator across technical and commercial teams
