Head of Enterprise Sales – IT Solutions

Location: Anywhere in the UK FIELD BASED ROLE 

Salary: £60,000 + Uncapped Double Commission + Benefits

About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding IT solutions provider specialising in bespoke computing systems is seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale their sales function within large enterprise accounts. 

This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, winning new business, and expanding market share in competitive sectors.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy aligned with company growth targets and market opportunities across high value & complex enterprise accounts. 
  • Lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs to consistently exceed revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers across enterprise accounts.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Analyse sales metrics and market trends to optimise sales processes and forecast accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record with 8+ years in IT or technology sales leadership, consistently exceeding multi-million-pound sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of IT solutions and the ability to translate technical value into compelling commercial propositions.
  • Strong experience managing and scaling sales teams, with excellent coaching and performance management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and sales analytics.
