Our client is seeking an accomplished Environmental Fate & Metabolism SME to lead their growing Environmental Fate team. As the Head of E-Fate, you will provide leadership and strategic direction to a team of Study Directors, Scientists, Technicians, and Support Staff. You will oversee the scientific and operational performance of the Environmental Fate department, driving high standards of science, quality, and financial performance.

You will be responsible for advancing the departments capabilities, enhancing team performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. As a subject matter expert, you will also support commercial growth by maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development.

Ideal candidates will have/are:

- A relevant higher degree in Chemistry, Biology or related discipline

- A recognised SME in E-Fate

- Proven Leader with experience managing high-performing teams

- Strong strategic and operational leadership skills with a track record of delivering high standards of science, quality, and financial performance.

- Experienced in regulatory compliance and familiar with GLP standards.

- Possess excellent communication skills and maintain & build client relationships
