Description

Reporting into the Marketing Director, you'll own the E-Retail strategy and performance across the business's digital channels. Working closely with sales, marketing and leadership teams, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing the customer journey and delivering a best-in-class online experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and executing the overall e-retail strategy
Driving online sales growth, profitability and customer acquisition
Leading the performance of the brand's e-retail platforms and key online retail partners
Optimising website conversion, digital merchandising and customer experience
Managing promotional plans, digital trading calendars and online campaigns
Using data and insights to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
Establishing clear KPIs and reporting frameworks
Leading and developing the e-retail team
Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales and finance teams

Profile

We're looking for a commercially minded E-Retail leader with experience driving online growth within a premium branded environment.

You'll likely have:

Significant e-retail experience and a proven track record of delivering online sales growth
Experience managing e-retail platforms and online retail partnerships within the luxury beauty landscape
Strong digital trading and commercial expertise
A data-driven approach with excellent analytical skills
Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities
An entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
