Location: Leicester
Salary: £90,000 – £105,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

With project values typically ranging between £5m and £50m, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced estimator/ preconstruction candidate to step into a senior leadership role.

As Head of Estimating, you will:

Lead and develop the pre-construction and estimating team, ensuring high-quality, competitive tenders are delivered.

Play a pivotal role in securing new business by working closely with the Board, Business Development, and Operations teams.

Oversee the preparation of detailed cost plans, tender submissions, and commercial appraisals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.

*

Ensure robust risk management, value engineering, and innovative cost solutions.

*

Mentor and support junior estimators, driving best practice across the department.

*

Contribute to strategic decision-making at pre-construction stage to align with company growth plans.
