Our client, a rapidly expanding global niche recruitment company, who focus exclusively in providing executive support within private equity and alternative investments; is looking for a Head of European Recruitment to take on an exciting growth opportunity within their European offering.

Focusing exclusively on providing executive support within PE and alternative investments, you will head up a team of collaborative and motivated recruiters, coaching mentoring and developing them to grow their careers.

Valued for your leadership experience and proven track record in successful developing recruiters to drive improved performance; you will initially focus on delivering to clients in Frankfurt, Munch and Paris, with the intention to grow the respective businesses, before moving towards other opportunities within Europe.

With a fantastic reputation, portfolio and network, the business has grown significantly across the UK and US countries; whilst delivering exceptional levels of service to many high-profile clients.
