Up to £700~ per day Umbrella

Sellick Partnership is delighted to partner with a Local Authority on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Management leader to join as an Interim Head of Facilities Management & Capital Projects.

This is a key strategic leadership position responsible for driving the delivery, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement of Facilities Management services across a diverse property portfolio.

As Head of FM your duties will include:

Leading and developing the Facilities Management strategy across a complex property portfolio.

Providing strategic oversight of FM operations, ensuring effective governance and service delivery.

Overseeing property asset maintenance programmes and ensuring buildings are inspected and maintained in line with statutory requirements.

Driving compliance across all aspects of property management, health and safety, and building-related legislation.

Leading contractor and supplier management

Manage procurement activity relating to FM

Oversee capital projects and lifecycle maintenance to ensure delivery within agreed budgets and timescales.

The successful FM candidate will have:

Qualifications/ Degree in Facilities Management or related discipline
CIWFM or equivalent professional accreditation.

PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification
