The Role

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with senior leadership on commercial initiatives, pricing strategies, and expansion plans.
• Design and implement financial dashboards and reporting for stakeholders.
• Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess potential risks and opportunities.
• Prepare board and investor reports with a focus on clarity and strategic alignment.
• Manage day-to-day finance operations ensuring smooth execution.
• Oversee invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition processes, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital to support growth initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has held similar roles in the past.
• Qualified Accountant - ACA, CIMA, or ACCA.
• Expert in financial modelling with a solid understanding of key SaaS metrics.
• Experienced in navigating the fundraising process from preparation to execution.
• Skilled at distilling complex financial data into clear, strategic insights and confidently communicating them to senior leadership.
• Proven track record of leading Finance & FP&A teams and driving cross-functional collaboration in dynamic settings.
