Are you an experienced Finance Manager or Head of Finance ready to join one of Manchester's fastest-growing scale-ups?

It's an exciting time to join this innovative start-up disrupting the events and ticketing industry with its e-commerce platform, processing multi-million-pound transactions monthly. Your role will be integral in helping the company transition from start-up to scale-up. You’ll report to the CEO and CFO, managing daily financial operations such as P&Ls, cash flow, and forecasting while collaborating with the tech team to automate processes and develop business strategies.

What you’ll do as their Head of Finance:

• Understand financial drivers impacting the P&L.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Create management accounts, financial reports, and dashboards for informed decision-making.
• Support month-end and quarter-end reporting; liaise with auditors for year-end accounts.
• Prepare board reports and KPI-driven business reviews.
• Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis for growth evaluation.
• Identify trends and provide insights for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate to align financial objectives with business goals.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed.

This position is 3-4 days a week in the Manchester office, with a salary up to £80k, depending on experience. The key requirement is a genuine passion for your work.
