Description

• Leading the Accounting & Finance department to ensure all financial operations run smoothly
• Developing and implementing financial strategies in alignment with the company's goals
• Overseeing financial reports and budgeting
• Ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations
• Analysing financial data and presenting financial forecasts
• Communicating financial performance and forecasts to the Board of Directors
• Collaborating with other department heads to streamline operations
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements

Profile

A successful Head of Finance should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Chartered Accountant status or equivalent
• Proficient knowledge of financial planning and strategy
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and forecasting abilities
• Familiarity with financial software
• Extensive experience in Manufacturing, preferably FMCG.

Job Offer
