Head of Finance

Our client, a well-respected school, based in Caterham are seeking a Head Of Finance to join them due to restructuring within the business. This position will hold full responsibility for all financial matters within the entity, including financial reporting, P&L reports, business cashflow, financial planning and management of a team. The Head Of Finance will report directly to the Financial Officer, attend monthly board meetings and will be directly responsible for three members of the finance team.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience managing finances of a large entity with a strong knowledge of financial reporting, cashflow management and the ability to manage a finance department/team. This position requires good tenure, a full driving licence and candidates must be local to Caterham.

• Prior experience managing a team
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cashflow management and the ability to manage a finance department
• Ideally have experience within charity or not for profit (commercial backgrounds also encouraged to apply)
• Based locally to Caterham
• Good tenure
• Full driving licence
