Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid)
Salary: £80,000-£100,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you a commercially minded finance leader with a passion for both strategic direction and operational excellence?

We are working with a well-established, international business seeking a Head of Finance to lead its UK finance and logistics operations. This is a high-impact role for a qualified finance professional who enjoys a broad remit, combining financial leadership with oversight of logistics and company secretarial duties.

The Role
As Head of Finance, you will:

Lead all financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
Provide complex and detailed reporting to the international parent company on a quarterly basis.
Report to the board of directors monthly, including sales reporting.
Provide strategic financial insight to support business growth and long-term planning.
Oversee internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.
Act as Company Secretary, ensuring governance and statutory obligations are met.
Manage and develop a team of 4 finance professionals.
Oversee the Order Processing function, ensuring efficient and accurate customer fulfilment.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
Support logistics and warehouse coordination in partnership with internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified (or QBE with strong experience).
Proven experience in a senior finance role (e.g., Finance Director, Head of Finance).
Experience managing cross-functional teams, including finance and operations.
Previous experience working with and providing reporting to an international parent company.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with company secretarial responsibilities and statutory reporting.
