As the Head of Finance, your role responsibilities will include:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (SOX).
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

• Optimise financial systems and processes for improved efficiency.
• Support the senior leadership team with financial planning and analysis.

Profile

A successful Head of Finance should have:

• Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
• Strong experience in financial management within the legal sector.
