Head of Finance

A multi-faceted business services group based near Dartford in Kent is seeking an experienced Head of Finance. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be joining the company at a time of growth, working closely with the M.D. as they expand the business in Europe. Key areas of responsibility include:-

• Overseeing the finance function and managing a team of three
• Payroll using Sage Line 50
• Produce and monitor the annual budget
• Invoice factoring
• Detailed cash flow analysis
• Financial planning, analysing the business, pointing out areas to improve, tightening controls

The ideal person will have proven experience in a similar role, be hands-on, and keen to improve processes and procedures. Extensive experience with Sage Line 50 is a must, as are first-rate interpersonal skills, liaising with colleagues at all levels within the business. Please note that this opportunity is office-based.
