Working hours are 37.5 per week, 9.00am to 5.00pm or 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday. However, 30 hours per week or school hours will also be considered.

The main duties of the Head of Finance will include:
- Managing a small team of 2
- Overseeing accounts for the organisation including financial reporting, budgets and forecasts
- Managing the year-end process and producing annual accounts for all companies
- Overseeing two monthly payrolls
- Supporting the CEO and Board of Trustees with financial planning and decision making

As the Head of Finance, you will have:
- Previous experience overseeing accounts including year-end processes
- ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification or qualified by experience
- The ability to manage, innovate and develop a finance team
- Experienced in financial systems and Excel

The salary for the Head of Finance will be up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
