Description

• Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, promoting professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with organisational priorities.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to optimise operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Profile

The Head of Finance should have:

• A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE
• Experience in financial management within the FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proven leadership abilities to manage teams and drive results.
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
