Head Of Finance

I’m working with a high growth, international business looking for a Head of Finance to join at an exciting stage of its journey.

With an established global presence across the US, Middle East, Asia and Europe, the business has ambitious growth plans and is looking for someone who can play a key role in its next chapter.

This isn’t a role where everything is already in place. The opportunity is to get hands on, build the finance function from the ground up and create the financial foundations needed to support continued international growth.

What we’re looking for:

* Exceptional financial modelling and forecasting skills.

* Previous experience scaling a business through a period of growth.

* The ability to build robust finance processes, systems and reporting.

* A hands on approach, comfortable working from the detail through to strategic decision-making.

* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence business performance.

* Experience within a start-up or scale-up environment would be a real advantage.
