Job Title: Head of Finance Consulting

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: up to £110,000 per annum + bonus + benefits + car allowance

Location: Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite and remainder home working

Our client, a large public sector organisation, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join their team as a Head of Operational Excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative work environment where your expertise will be valued.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement consulting services to enhance operations efficiently and effectively within the corporate functions.

* Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and opportunities within their operations.

* Lead a team of Consultants and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance and relevance in consulting practices.

Qualifications and Essential Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or related field

* Proven experience in working for a consultancy with a track record of success.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

* NHS Experience is essential.

The successful candidate will need to be able to travel to meet key stakeholders across the UK, which will be reimbursed.
