Head of Finance Operations

As Head of Finance Operations for this fintech business, you will lead the finance operations including processing of payments and reconciliations.

• Lead and manage a team within processing payment transactions and reconciliations
• Develop and implement strategies to drive automation and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to resolve payment issues
• Ensure compliance with the latest payment regulations and standards
• Monitor and analyse trends to support insights and decision to optimise performance

You will have in depth experience within payments and finance operations within a fintech or financial services business and a strong knowledge of payment systems such as faster payments and open banking.

You will have demonstrable experience within automation and process improvement and be adept at leading teams within a fast growth environment.
