Are you ready to take the lead on shaping the future of global finance operations?

We're looking for a proactive, driven finance leader to take on the role of Head of Financial Control — a high-impact position where you'll drive excellence in transactional accounting, lead international teams, and deliver continuous improvement across a newly implemented ERP platform.

Reporting to the Finance Director, and leading a team of up to 18, you will ensure financial operations are efficient, compliant, and scalable for future growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee global accounts payable, receivable, and treasury functions – ensuring high accuracy and compliance with a team of 18.
• Define service KPIs and deliver exceptional performance through global shared service operations.
• Own short-term cash flow forecasting and UK banking relationships, including management of the group’s credit facilities.
• Lead and connect international finance teams – building a culture of collaboration, best practice sharing, and two-way communication.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive smarter, streamlined solutions using the group’s cutting-edge ERP system.
• Champion a strong internal controls environment – updating policies, supporting audits, and overseeing financial risk compliance.

You will need:

• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience leading global transactional finance teams, ideally in a complex or fast-paced business
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• An ability to inspire teams, build trust across borders, and deliver with pace
